*SECONDS ear candles have a tight seal and work just as well as our premium ear candles, they
just aren't "pretty".
They might have a dent, or the wrap is slightly off, fabric is a non standard cut, you know, things like
that. Each ear candle has been quality tested and you'll love the price! Your order will filled with what
we have available. It may be our 100% beeswax or paraffin or soy blend or a combination of any of
these. All ear candles are quality tested for tight seals. Sorry, no refunds on seconds or assorted
"grab bags". Orders are filled on a 1st come 1st served basis. Because of this your shipment may
be delayed a day or two.

Our Guarantee and Return Policy

You don't have to give us a reason if you are not satisfied with our products, you just need to put them in the
mail no later than 7 days after you receive them. Be sure to put a copy of the packing slip or identification so
we know who it's from. You will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your order (less shipping and
handling) as long as the postmark is within 7 days of when you received them. We do not offer refunds on
Seconds or Assorted Grab Bag ear candle specials. We will check your return to make sure there are no
damaged items. Refund will be issued after inspection (less s&h). We don't refund items that are damaged
during the return shipment so please use the same care in sending them back to us as we did shipping them to
you. If your order was damaged during original shipping we will provide a replacement order at no charge
after receiving the damaged order back. You have 7 days from receipt of delivery to report and return any
damaged items.
